Product Description
The 70g woodfree paper label is a high-quality material combining a 70g/m² uncoated white matt paper face with a 58g/m² white glassine liner. The uncoated paper provides a clean, smooth surface for superior printability and durability. The white glassine liner, treated with a super calendering process, offers excellent release properties and ensures smooth processing. Designed for a wide range of temperatures, it can be applied at a minimum temperature of 10°C, with a service temperature range from -15°C to 65°C after 24 hours.

Product Application
This product has certain tensile and tearing strength which can be applied on many objects, and has high removability and water washing removal performance.
This product is used to make wine bottle labels, etc. Due to the different surface energies of the objects to be applied, it is recommended to test the label on the object before use.
Converting
Suitable for most printing methods and inks. Pre-press ink testing is necessary (Note that the temperature during ink drying should not be higher than 45°C to prevent irreversible curling of the surface material. ). Can be overprinted, die-cut and discharged at high speed on a rotary press. Due to the thin substrate, it is advisable to use a sharp die (Avoid excessive tension, which may cause the label to overflow.).
